Pre-Care (for best results):
1) Exfoliate your lips with scrub, and moisturize lips with
Aquaphor 3-5 days before your appointment. Homemade lip
scrub w/ brown sugar + coconut/honey.
2) Avoid fish oils, Advil, Vitamin E, or any other blood thinning
medications for 2 weeks.
3) Avoid coffee and alcohol for 3 days before, and 2 days after.
4) Hydrate with water. The more hydrated you are, the longer the hyaluronic acid lasts on the lips.
